Request deletion of your account and data
Open the Lost Frequency app on your device, go to My Account settings, and select the option to delete your account. This will immediately initiate the deletion process.

Your account and all associated personal data are deleted immediately when you request account deletion. There is no retention period for personal information.
If we maintain any anonymized, aggregated statistics for app improvement purposes (such as total games played across all users), these do not contain any personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to your account.
In rare cases, we may be legally required to retain certain records for compliance purposes. If applicable, such data would be retained only for the legally mandated period and then permanently deleted.
